GPT Infraprojects Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alcon Builders and Engineers Private Limited, has been awarded a contract valued at ₹85.53 crore (including GST) or ₹72.48 crore (excluding GST).
The contract was awarded by the domestic entity Eastern Railway, Asansol Division, for signalling works related to the Dedicated Freight Corridor project. The specific work location is at New Mugma (EI) & Mugma Yard (PI to EI) between Pradhankunta & Mugma section (approximately 25 km) in connection with Sonnagar to Andal Multitracking work.
The contract has a execution time period of 12 months from the Letter of Award (LOA).
The company disclosed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the contract. The order does not qualify as a related party transaction.
The press release also provided updated order book information, stating that the company's outstanding order book now stands at ₹4,473 crore with total order inflow for Fiscal 2027 of ₹300 crore.
