The company expressed profound grief and deep condolence on Mr. Agarwal's passing, acknowledging his association, invaluable guidance, and contributions since the company's inception.
As a result of his demise, Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal has ceased to be part of the promoter of the company in accordance with Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, effective immediately.
