GR Infraprojects Sells Three Subsidiaries to Indus Infra Trust

G R Infraprojects transferred three wholly owned subsidiaries — GBUHPL, GUBHPL, and GEKEPL — to Indus Infra Trust on 25th March 2026.
Total aggregate consideration received is approximately ₹273.22 Crore across the three subsidiaries, including ₹153.78 Crore for material subsidiary GEKEPL.
Indus Infra Trust is a related party; all three transactions were conducted at arm's length with shareholder approval obtained for GEKEPL via postal ballot.
The three divested subsidiaries contributed a combined 22.69% to consolidated revenue and 2.43% to consolidated net worth as of 31st March 2025.
