Grameva Appoints Sachin Pilania Secretarial Auditor FY26-27

Grameva Limited's Board approved the appointment of Sachin Pilania as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The appointment was approved at the Board Meeting held on 11th April 2026, which lasted 42 minutes.
Mr. Pilania is a Practising Company Secretary (COP No. 14154) with extensive corporate governance experience.
The audit will cover statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations.
