Grameva Limited's board approved appointments of Sachin Pilania as Secretarial Auditor and Tibrewalla & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26-27.
The board approved commencement of four new agri-business units: Layer Farming (₹2.20 Cr), Feed Mill (₹65 Lakh), Piggery (₹70.33 Lakh), and Aqua Fish Trading (₹75 Lakh).
All new business investments will be funded through internal accruals and target stable income, high demand, and improved profitability in the agriculture sector.
