Attendance and Leadership

The Notice convening the 59th AGM together with the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 had been circulated electronically to all Members within prescribed statutory timelines. The Statutory Auditors' Report and Secretarial Audit Report contained no qualifications, reservations, adverse remarks, or disclaimers.

Presentations and Addresses

Voting Process

The Company provided remote e-voting facility to Members pursuant to Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. Members could also cast votes electronically during the AGM.

Scrutinizer Appointment

Ms. Sneha Agarwal, Practising Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and e-voting during the AGM. Voting results along with Scrutinizer's Report will be declared within prescribed timelines and uploaded on company website, forwarded to BSE and Calcutta Stock Exchange, and made available on NSDL website.

The Chairman invited registered Speaker Shareholders to express views, seek clarifications, and raise queries on business items. The Chairman responded to queries and thanked Members for their suggestions and continued support.
