Purpose of Board Meeting

The Board meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Trading Window Status

The trading window for dealing in the company's securities was closed from 1st July, 2026. The closure is in compliance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. The window will reopen on 7th August, 2026.
