Graphite India Invests ₹62.25 Cr in GrafTech International

Graphite India disclosed a ₹62.25 crore investment in NYSE-listed GrafTech International via secondary market transactions.
The investment increases Graphite India's stake in GrafTech from 6.82% to 9.79% for investment purposes.
GrafTech is a global manufacturer of graphite electrodes with $504 million turnover in FY2025.
The transaction was executed under the Overseas Portfolio Investment scheme and is not a related party transaction.
