Grasim Subsidiary Gets CCI Approval for Solenergi Acquisition

Aditya Birla Renewables Limited (ABReN), a subsidiary of Grasim Industries, has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its acquisition of 100% equity shares and other securities of Solenergi Power Private Limited
The CCI granted approval under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 vide letter dated 30th October 2026
This approval was a condition precedent to the acquisition following the Share Purchase Agreement execution approved by ABReN's Board on 13th July 2026
