Graviss Hospitality Limited has scheduled its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 12:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 17th September, 2026 to Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure is for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 65th Annual General Meeting.
