Graviss Hospitality Reappoints Auditor and Director

Graviss Hospitality reappointed V. Sankar Aiyar & Co as internal auditor for FY 2026-27 effective April 1, 2026.
Board approved reappointment of Romil Ratra as Whole-Time Director for five years effective March 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Decisions were based on recommendations from Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings held May 14, 2026.
