Details of Resolution Passed
The Committee approved providing a Corporate Guarantee not exceeding ₹100 Crores in favour of any bank(s), financial institution(s), lender(s), financial intermediary(ies) or other person(s) for credit facilities of up to ₹600 Crores availed/to be availed by RMIL.
Financial Impact
The corporate guarantee constitutes a contingent liability for the Company. There is no immediate impact on the Company, except to the extent of the amount for which the corporate guarantee has been provided, in the event RMIL is unable to meet its repayment obligations to the Lenders.
