The projects comprise Project A and Project B with an aggregate capacity of 7.20 MW (AC) / 9.67 MW (DC). They are located at Village: Gadha and Vaktapur, Taluka: Himmatnagar, District: Sabarkantha, State: Gujarat.
These projects form part of the Objects of the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of the Company. Based on requisite approvals received from concerned authorities, including charging permission and meter sealing, the projects were operationalized and commenced generation of Solar Power with effect from May 27, 2026.
The Commissioning certificate from Gujarat Energy Development Agency is presently under process and is expected to be received in due course. The successful commissioning marks a significant milestone in the execution of the Company's growth strategy and achievement of the principal object for which funds were raised through the IPO.
