Great Eastern Shipping: Bhavna Doshi Re-appointment Postal Ballot

Great Eastern Shipping seeks shareholder approval via postal ballot to re-appoint Mrs. Bhavna Doshi as Independent Director for a second term from May 12, 2026 to October 25, 2030.
The re-appointment requires a Special Resolution also covering continuation past age 75 (June 26, 2028) per Regulation 17(1A) of SEBI LODR.
Remote e-voting window runs from April 01, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to April 30, 2026 (5:00 p.m.); results to be declared on or before May 03, 2026.
Mrs. Doshi was paid total remuneration of ₹27.30 lakhs in FY2024-25 and ₹9 lakhs in sitting fees so far in FY2025-26, with commission still payable.
