Grindwell Norton 76th AGM Notice and Dividend

The 76th AGM is scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST.
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The record date for determining entitlement to the dividend is fixed as Friday, July 10, 2026.
The dividend payment will be made on or from Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

The company has declared a final dividend of ₹19 per equity share.
The cut-off date for submission of TDS on dividend-related exemption forms is 11:59 p.m. IST on Friday, July 10, 2026.
