GROARC Re-appoints Chandran Ganesan as Whole-Time Director

GROARC Industries India Limited's board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Chandran Ganesan as Executive Whole-Time Director for a three-year term.
The re-appointment is effective from 21st April 2026 to 20th April 2029 and is subject to shareholder approval in a general meeting.
Mr. Ganesan has over 30 years of experience in import-export, commodity trading, and the infrastructure industry.
