Groww Grants 24.33 Lakh ESOPs at Dual Prices

Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww) granted 24.33 lakh stock options to eligible employees under its 2024 ESOP scheme.
The grant includes 22.69 lakh options at par value of ₹2 and 1.64 lakh options at a premium of ₹173.65 each.
Options have a 10-year exercise period from vesting and comply with SEBI Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations.
The disclosure was filed with BSE and NSE pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
