Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited granted 371,220 stock options to eligible employees under its ESOP Scheme 2024 on April 21, 2026.
Each stock option is convertible into one equity share of ₹2 face value and has an exercise price of ₹2 per option.
The options have a 10-year exercise period from the date of vesting, subject to the scheme's terms and conditions.
