Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited has appointed Shri Dharminder Kumar (DIN: 12004833) as Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the company's board. The appointment is made pursuant to Ministry of Defence letter No. 11(70)/2021/misc/D(NS) dated 05 October 2026.
The appointment became effective from 16 October 2026 after obtaining the DIN and registration in the IICA [Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs]. The term of appointment is for three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shri Dharminder Kumar is a graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). His area of specialization is Social Work and Administration. He has no inter-se relationship with other directors in the company and does not hold any equity shares of GRSE.
