GRSE Appoints Dinesh Mahur Government Nominee Director

GRSE appointed Shri Dinesh Mahur as Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee) effective 30 April 2026.
The appointment was made by Ministry of Defence vide letter dated 27 April 2026 under SEBI Listing Regulations.
Shri Dinesh Mahur is Additional Secretary in Department of Defence Production with extensive government experience.
The director is not debarred from holding office and holds no equity shares in the company.
