The 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled for Monday, 28th September, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company at P.O. Fertilizernagar, Vadodara - 391750, Gujarat.
Book Closure and Record Date
The company has fixed the Book Closure Period from Wednesday, 14th September, 2026 to Monday, 28th September, 2026 (both days inclusive).
The Record Date has been set as Friday, 11th September, 2026 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for payment of dividend.
Dividend Information
Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 64th Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after Monday, 5th October, 2026. The payment will be made to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members / list of beneficial owners of the Company on the Record Date of 11th September, 2026 (based on beneficiary position at the closing of business hours).
