Gujarat State Financial Corporation has issued a notice regarding the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the purpose of its 66th Annual General Meeting.
The book closure period will be from July 28, 2026, to July 30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
The 66th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Corporation's Head Office located at Udyog Bhavan, Block No. 10, 1st Floor, Sector 11, Gandhinagar 382010.
This notice is issued pursuant to Regulation 12 of the GSFC General Regulations read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
