Resignation of Executive Director:

Mr. S. V. Varma, Executive Director (Agri Business, HR & IR), designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has resigned from services of the Company.
Effective date: Close of business hours on 28th April, 2026.
Reason for resignation: To pursue opportunities outside the organization.
Mr. Varma has been appointed as Managing Director of Indian Potash Limited.
He completed more than 35 years of service with GSFC, joining in 1990 as an Engineer Trainee.

1995-2002: Worked in Instrumentation Maintenance Department
2003-2004: Transitioned to Finance Department (Corporate Debt Restructuring)
Handled functions including Budgeting, Project Finance, Payables, Income Tax
2015-2020: Additional charge of Project Development Cell while serving as second-in-command of Finance Department
2020: Head of Plant Maintenance Department
2023: Head of Agri Business Department
