GSFC shareholders approved all three resolutions via postal ballot e-voting concluded on 22nd March 2026.
Dr. Rajender Kumar, IAS (DIN: 07161855) appointed as both Director and Managing Director of the Company.
Mr. Ashwani Kumar, IAS (DIN: 06581753) appointed as Director with 99.4% votes in favour.
