Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited has formally communicated to the stock exchanges the fixation of Monday, 21st September 2026 as the cut-off date for shareholder e-voting. This cut-off date enables shareholders to exercise their voting rights by electronic means during the e-voting period on all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th September 2026 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders retain the option to vote either during the electronic voting period or during the actual AGM proceedings.
