Shareholder Requirements
The disclosure serves as a reminder for shareholders to update KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 7, 2024. Security holders holding physical securities must update PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature, and choice of nomination. Email registration is optional but recommended.
Payment Restrictions
As per SEBI Circular, security holders holding in physical mode whose folios do not have updated PAN, nomination choice, contact details, bank account details, and specimen signature shall be eligible for payments (dividend, interest, redemption) only through electronic mode effective from April 1, 2024.
