GSPL Announces Record Date for Gujarat Gas Share Allotment

GSPL Transmission intimates exchanges of a shareholder letter announcing a record date for a composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the scheme involving GSPC, GSPL, GEL, Gujarat Gas, and GSPL Transmission.
Gujarat Gas will allot 10 of its ₹2 shares for every 13 GSPL ₹10 shares held as of the record date of May 12, 2026.
Trading in GSPL equity shares will be suspended from the close of trading on May 11, 2026.
