GSS Infotech Shareholders Approve Barsha Agrawal Director

GSS Infotech shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Barsha Agrawal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director via a postal ballot.
The resolution passed with 99.83% of the total 5,010,453 votes cast in favor, with only 8,113 votes against.
The e-voting process was conducted by NSDL from April 8 to May 7, 2026, and scrutinized by Practicing Company Secretary Mr. Rupesh Kothari.
The appointment is effective from February 12, 2026, and the results were declared to the stock exchanges on May 9, 2026.
