Experience: Over 28 years experience, associated with the Company for the last 10 years in various positions
Qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and MBA in Finance & IT from ICFAI

3. Appointment of Additional Director

Mr. Gurjeev Singh Kapoor (DIN: 10278179) appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director)

Appointment subject to approval of members of the Company

Profile: Media industry veteran with over 30 years leadership experience. Currently CEO at Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited (HCDL). Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, MBA specializing in marketing management from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, and diploma in Digital Business leadership from Cornell University.
