GTPL Hathway Limited has announced details regarding its Twentieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the fixing of a record date.
The AGM of the members of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The company has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026 for two specific purposes:
- It is the "Cut-off Date" for determining which members are eligible to vote on the resolutions that will be presented in the Notice of the AGM.
- It is the "Record Date" for determining which members are eligible to receive dividends for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend payment is contingent upon it being declared by the members at the AGM. If declared, the dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
