Effective Date of Resignation
Both resignations are effective from June 15, 2026.
Reasons for Resignation
- Mr. Deepak Abasaheb Shinde: Resigned due to "a change in my personal interests in another organization forming part of the promoter group." He stated that given this linkage, continuing as Independent Director "may be perceived to compromise my independence."
- Mr. Nitin Neminath Patil: Resigned due to "increased professional and personal commitments which require my greater attention and time" and accordingly being "unable to devote sufficient time to the affairs of the Company."
Additional Resignations
Both directors have also resigned from all committee positions of the Board where they served as member/chairman.
Confirmations Provided
Both directors have confirmed that:
- There are no material reasons for resignation other than those stated in their resignation letters
- They do not hold directorship in any other listed entity as of June 15, 2026
