The disclosure concerns the setting up of a 75.9 MW Renewable Hybrid Power Project by Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company, Clean Max Sphere Energy Private Limited, under SPV mode.
The project is structured in two phases:
- Phase-I: 16.5 MW capacity
- Phase-II: 59.4 MW capacity
Current Status Update
As of 29 October 2026, 6.6 MW of hybrid power installation (which is part of Phase-I's 16.5 MW capacity) has been made operative. The company has started receiving hybrid power from this 6.6 MW installation beginning the evening of 29 October 2026.
The project is currently in the stabilization phase. The remaining power supply from the project will commence in due course.
