Board Meeting Announcement
In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited will meet on Thursday, 23rd July, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider the Standalone & Consolidated Un-Audited (Provisional) Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for sale/purchase and dealing in the company's equity shares remains closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 for all designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
The trading window will remain closed until Saturday, 25th July, 2026 due to the scheduled board meeting for results consideration. The trading window will reopen from Monday, 27th July, 2026.
The company had previously informed about the trading window closure via letter dated 25th June, 2026.
