Meeting Format
The 53rd AGM will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) as per relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Shareholder Voting Rights
The cut-off date enables shareholders to exercise their rights to vote by electronic means (e-Voting) during the e-Voting period on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of 53rd AGM, or to vote during the AGM itself.
