Board Meeting Details
A Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on 4th November, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
As previously intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 25th September 2026, the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed for designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2026. This is in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
