Gujarat Energy Limited has scheduled its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting is being conducted in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Dividend Information

The company has fixed the following dates in connection with its 14th Annual General Meeting and for payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26:

  • Record Date for payment of Dividend: Friday, 11th September, 2026 (as at the close of the Business Hours)
  • Dividend Payout Date: On or before Wednesday, 28th October, 2026 to Members whose name appears on the Company's Register of Members as on the Record Date (Friday, 11th September, 2026)
  • The dividend will be paid to Beneficial owners as at the close of business hours on Friday, 11th September, 2026, as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories
  • For physical shareholders, dividend will be paid after giving effect to all valid share transfer in physical form received as at the close of business hours on Friday, 11th September, 2026

Voting Information

  • Cut-off date for determining eligibility of shareholders to vote through remote E-voting or E-voting Facility at the Annual General Meeting: Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026
  • Period of Remote E-Voting: Voting will commence from 09:00 A.M. (IST) on Friday, 25th September, 2026 and end on 05:00 P.M. (IST) on Monday, 28th September, 2026
