Gujarat Energy Allots 62.27 Cr Shares Under Amalgamation

Gujarat Energy Limited allots 62.27 crore equity shares to GSPC and GSPL shareholders pursuant to a composite amalgamation scheme.
The allotment follows a record date of 12th May 2026, with shares ranking pari passu with existing equity.
Fractional shares will be consolidated, sold by IDBI Trusteeship, and net proceeds distributed pro-rata to eligible shareholders.
The company will apply for credit to demat accounts and listing of the newly allotted shares on stock exchanges.
