Gujarat Energy Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company intimates that Shri Yogiraj Navathe, Executive Vice President of the Company, has ceased to be Senior Management Personnel with effect from 29th August, 2026 after office hours. The cessation is on account of his superannuation.
