Key Personnel Changes
The Government of Gujarat (GoG) has withdrawn the nomination of Shri Rajkumar Beniwal, IAS (DIN No: 07195658) from the position of Managing Director of the Company. This action was taken via Notification No. AIS/35.2026/37/Ser(I) dated September 05, 2026.
Concurrently, the Government of Gujarat has nominated Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS (DIN No: 03600655) to hold additional charge of Managing Director on the Board of the Company.
Appointment Process
Shri Sanjeev Kumar will be formally appointed as Managing Director of the Company at the ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors. The necessary formalities relating to handing over and taking over of charge, including completion of all statutory procedures and compliances, will be completed in due course.
Timeline Disclosure
The exact date of relinquishment of charge by Shri Rajkumar Beniwal and assumption of charge by Shri Sanjeev Kumar will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately in due course.
