Gujarat Inject Kerala MD Resigns, New Chairman Appointed

Mr. Murli Shivshankaran Nair resigned as Managing Director and Chairman of Gujarat Inject Kerala effective 16th May 2026.
The Board appointed Mr. Deepak Diwan Bachwani as Whole Time Director and Chairman effective same date, subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Nair cited pre-occupation and personal commitments as the sole reason for his resignation in his letter.
The Board meeting approving these changes was held on 16th May 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM.
