Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited executed acquisition of Parekhs Hospital Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary on 22 March 2026.
The acquisition was completed via cash consideration of ₹77 crore for 100% shareholding (255,000 equity shares at ₹10 each).
Parekhs Hospital, incorporated in 2006 and based in Ahmedabad, reported FY25 turnover of ₹25.67 crore; no regulatory approvals were required.
The acquisition aims to strengthen Gujarat Kidney's presence in the healthcare sector and diversify its business portfolio.
