Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Himanshu Maheshwari, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting and poll process. The e-voting platform was unblocked in the presence of two witnesses not employed by the Company. The physical poll box was locked in the presence of members and subsequently opened for scrutiny. No incomplete or defective poll papers were found. The Scrutinizer confirmed that all votes were valid and properly recorded.
