Annual General Meeting Details
The 66th Annual General Meeting will be held in physical mode on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM (IST) at the Corporation's Head Office at Udyog Bhavan, Block No. 10, 1st Floor, Sector 11, Gandhinagar 382 010. Book Closure Period
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 28, 2026, to July 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 66th Annual General Meeting. This is in compliance with Regulation 12 of GSFC General Regulations read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
