Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting originally scheduled for November 4, 2026. The meeting will now be held on November 14, 2026 (Saturday) due to unavoidable circumstances. The Board will consider and approve the company's standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The company has also rescheduled its Investor & Analyst Meet from November 5, 2026 to November 16, 2026. The rescheduled meet will be held at 4:00 PM onwards at Sofitel, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
In accordance with the company's Insider Trading Code under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will continue until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
