Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited has appointed M/s Shah Karia & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Tuesday, 1st September, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
The appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
