GV Films Board: Director Exits, Three New Appointments

GV Films' Board meeting on 27 March 2026 approved multiple management changes including one resignation and three new appointments.
Non-Executive Director Mr. Gunaseelan (DIN: 08844406) resigned citing pre-occupation, while Mr. Viswanathan Sridhar was appointed as Company Secretary.
Mr. Kamala Kannan Ashwin Kumar appointed Additional Independent Director and Mr. Khalilur Rehman Zakir Hussain as Additional Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
