H.G. Infra Sells Subsidiary Contributing 6.5% Revenue

H.G. Infra Engineering completed sale of 100% stake in subsidiary H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 Private Limited to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund on April 23, 2026.
The subsidiary contributed ₹329.10 crore (6.5%) to consolidated revenue and ₹132.19 crore (2.6%) to net worth for FY25.
Total consideration for the sale is ₹282.24 crore, with ₹203.00 crore received on completion date and balance to be received per agreement terms.
