H.G. Infra Transfers Remaining 51% Stake in SPV

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has filed a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company has transferred its remaining 51% stake in H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-5 Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company, to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund. This transaction follows previous announcements made on August 13, 2025, December 18, 2025, and June 5, 2026.

As a result of this stake transfer, H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-5 Private Limited ceases to be a subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited. The disclosure states that all details required under SEBI Regulations and SEBI Circulars were already provided in the June 5, 2026 announcement.
