Hariyani & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 147657W) at Bharuch, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. This approval was based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee.

Term of Appointment
The appointed term is for five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting.
