Haier’s AI‑Powered Living Showcase at IFA 2026
On September 1 2026, Haier announced that it will exhibit its AI‑driven home solutions at the IFA 2026 consumer‑electronics fair in Berlin from September 4 to September 8. The company will be located at Stand 101 in Hall 3.1 and will present its theme “Home of Intelligent Possibilities.”
The exhibition will demonstrate how artificial intelligence is being integrated across a coordinated home ecosystem. Haier will display intelligent laundry care that interprets load conditions, refrigeration technologies that improve food management, and AI‑assisted cooking that recognizes food items and monitors the cooking process. All product categories—including garment care, refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing, cleaning, entertainment and digital services—will be linked through the hOn platform, a single digital environment that connects products, services and experiences.
Robotics and embodied intelligence will also be highlighted. The stand will feature humanoid robots designed to interact with people and appliances, cleaning and companion robots, and AI‑powered exoskeletons intended to support human movement.
In addition to product demonstrations, Haier will underline its global sports partnerships under the concept “Play with the Number Ones,” linking its commitment to innovation and performance with elite sports sponsorships.
The press release emphasizes Haier’s three‑decade‑long innovation model that blends global R&D resources with localized research, manufacturing and marketing. This model enables the company to tailor products to diverse climates, lifestyles and consumer insights. Haier now serves more than one billion households across over 200 countries and regions. It holds the No. 1 market position in China, the United States, Australia and Thailand, and ranks among the top three home‑appliance brands in Europe. According to Euromonitor International’s Consumer Appliances 2026 Edition, Haier has been the world’s No. 1 brand in major home appliances for 17 consecutive years, based on 2025 volume‑sales share.
"IFA provides an important opportunity to show how global innovation can create practical value for people in different markets," said Wang Meiyan, Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of Haier Group. "By combining artificial intelligence with a deep understanding of local needs, Haier is moving beyond connected products toward an intelligent home ecosystem that is more responsive, intuitive and useful in everyday life."
Haier will officially unveil the experience at a press conference on September 3 at 3 p.m. CEST on the Haier Main Stage in Hall 3.1, Stand 101. Further information is available at https://www.haier.com/global/.
